My coaching is focused on deep inner work, building resilience, and shifting your mindset so you can navigate your recovery with strength and purpose. Rather than only offering quick-fix solutions, I help you develop self-awareness and use that awareness to create meaningful, lasting change.

Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. Often times, therapy explores past experiences and focuses on emotional healing, where my coaching approach allows you to build mental resilience, redefine your sense of self, and find motivation in the face of current challenges. Past experiences do come up in coaching sessions, however the emphasis is usually placed on the present and future you.

Each session is unique and based on where you are in your journey. The first session lays the groundwork for helping me understand your thought patterns, motivating factors, and specific challenges.
